The B2B event introduces a unique format, promoting more than two thousand business meetings for two consecutive days . Your company will be together with representatives from the entire market, including ski resorts, hotels, airlines, tour operators, wholesalers, and the best and biggest travel consultants in the country’s main capital cities that create products and itineraries for Brazilian travelers.
All this will take place in a privileged environment: the area containing two lounges w/ 500 sqm of covered area. And it is within easy reach, only 4,3mi from the Renaissance Hotel and 2,5mi from the Iguatemi Shopping Center.

Meetings will begin at 9 am and end at 6 pm. Each meeting will last 15 minutes, with 5-minute breaks before the next meeting (includes 2 coffee breaks). There will be 42 meetings per exhibitor, who will be divided by geographical region. All meetings will be scheduled in advance by the visitors themselves, who will have already registered through the website’s functionality.

Exhibitors will get a final report on their agenda up to a week before the event. The mailing list containing information on all visitors (name, company, e-mail, and phone number) will be sent up to a week after the event.
