ExpoSKI 2025 brings a face-to-face format, promoting more than a thousand business meetings. Your company will be together with representatives from the entire market, including ski resorts, hotels, airlines, tour operators, wholesalers, and the best and biggest travel consultants in the country’s main capital cities that create products and itineraries for Brazilian travelers.
All this will take place in a privileged environment: the area containing two lounges w/ 1100 m2 of covered area. And it is within easy reach, only 0,50 mi from the Renaissance Hotel and 1,86 mi from the Iguatemi Shopping Center.
Meetings will begin at 9:00 am and end at 6;00pm. Each meeting will last 10 minutes, with 5-minute breaks before the next meeting (includes 2 coffee breaks). There will be 48 meetings per exhibitor, who will be divided by geographical region. All meetings will be scheduled in advance by the visitors themselves, who will have already registered through our app (Apple Store and Play Store).
Each exhibitor must print their agenda using the application itself.
The mailing list containing information on all visitors (name, company, e-mail, and phone number) will be sent up to 10 days after the event.

the theme must be submitted for approval by the coordination by June 30th in order to be posted on the event site
Mailing list:
up to ten days after the event, all exhibitors will receive a file containing the name, company, e-mail address of each registered (and approved) participant in the event
Business Round with pre-scheduled meetings between suppliers and buyers.
standard table: Each exhibitor will be entitled to an adhesive table with three chairs and a power point.
The meetings will begin at 9:00 am and end at 6:00 pm.

To ensure greater visibility, the draws will be made during the coffee breaks. Those interested in participating offering stays (minimum of 03 nights) or products must do so in advance.
It must be done via bank transfer via PIX when in Reais or WISE digital financial platform when in Dollars or Euros.
All bank fees are to be paid by the sender.
